Whatever Happened to The Cast of Beverly Hills 90210?
During the 90s, Beverly Hills 90210 was one of the most popular shows on TV. The teen themed drama followed a group of friends from Beverly Hills from high school to young adult hood. Over the course of its decade-long run, the show turned an entire cast of young stars into household names and Hollywood heart-throb. But despite the show’s success, when it ended in 2000, some of the cast’s most memorable faces were nowhere to be found. Although most of the cast members have gone their separate ways, the show’s most dedicated fans are still wondering what became of the crew from the famous zip code. Here’s what happened to the cast of Beverly Hills 90210.
Tiffani Thiessen
By the time Tiffani Thiessen joined the cast of Beverly Hills 90210 in season five, she had already made a name for herself as a star on Saved By the Bell. Her character, Valerie Malone, was the bad girl who shook things up in Beverly Hills. After the show, Thiessen continued to find success, and while she hasn’t landed another big role on a popular series, she’s managed to keep her name and face relevant.

Gabrielle Carteris
In her role as Andrea Zuckerman on Beverly Hills 90210, Gabrielle Carteris became a very familiar face on TV. Although Carteris hasn’t landed another role quite as big as Andrea Zuckerman, she’s been finding steady work over the years. She’s also a proud mother of two and has been happily married since 1992.

Ian Ziering
In his role as Steve Sanders, Ian Ziering became one of the most popular characters on Beverly Hills 90210. Although his character came from a wealthy family Sanders was always looking for a scam to get into and some extra money to make. Ziering, who was born in New Jersey, thousands of miles away from Beverly Hills, became a familiar face because of the show, and young girls couldn’t seem to get enough of him. His character was one of the only few originals to be a regular throughout all 10 seasons, but when the show ended in 2000 lead roles weren’t readily available for Ziering. Over the years, he’s appeared in several TV and film productions, but has yet to have another largely successful role. However, he has found some popularity with a new audience thanks to his role in the Sharknado film series. Outside of his career, Ziering married his second wife, Erin Kristine Ludwig and 2010, and they have two children together.

Luke Perry
Luke Perry’s Beverly Hills 90210 character, Dylan McKay was the show’s resident bad boy and everybody loved him. Somewhat like a modern-day Fonzie, McKay was the heartbreaking heart throb that all the Beverly Hills girls wanted a piece of. Throughout the series, Dylan’s character experienced a lot of growth, and by the end of the time the show went off the air, he had gone from a boy to a man. After the show, McKay continued to work and landed a few made for TV films as well as some minor roles on TV. Surprisingly, he’s also had a pretty successful career as a voice actor, and his voice has been used in shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

Jennie Garth
Jennie Garth was another one of the few to be a main character throughout the series’ entire run. Her character, Kelly Taylor, was the stereotypical cute blonde girl who some people loved and others loved to hate. While her good looks made Kelly a popular character on the show, they also made Jennie a popular figure in real life. In 2000 and 2001, she was ranked one of the sexiest women by FHM Magazine. In 2002, she landed a starring role on the sitcom, What I Like About You where she portrayed Valerie Tyler, a role she held until the show ended in 2006. In 2008, she reprised her role as Kelly Taylor on the Beverly Hills 90210 remake. She has three children with actor, Peter Facinelli and the two were married from 2001 to 2013. Just this summer, she married actor, David Abrams.

Tori Spelling
Although many believe that the only reason Tori Spelling was given a role on Beverly Hills 90210 was because her father, Aaron Spelling, created the show – she definitely held her own. Her portrayal of Donna Martin proved that Spelling was actually working with some acting skills. Appearing as a main cast member throughout the entire series, Spelling has yet to earn a role equally as significant. However, these days, she’s a reality TV star which follows the ups and downs of her marriage to Dean McDermott.

Brian Austin Green
Being part of the cast of Beverly Hills 90210 made Brian Austin Green a bonafide star. In his role as David Silver, he was always looking to fit in with the cool kids – until he eventually became one himself. The success of the show turned Green into a heart-throb, and fans still love him today. Since his days as David Silver have ended Green has landed a few other pretty solid roles in shows such as Freddie and Desperate Housewives. In recent years; however, Green has become best-known for his marriage to actress, Megan Fox. Sadly, the couple announced their separation just a few months ago.

Shannen Doherty
Shannen Doherty may be the most notorious character in Beverly Hills 90210 history, and it has nothing to do with her role as Brenda Walsh. While her character initially one of the stars, Doherty left the show after the fourth season after allegedly being an over the top diva. Although her reputation for having a bad attitude has followed her throughout her career, Doherty still managed to find success post 90210. She had a starring role in the hit series Charmed, and in 2008 she reprised her role as Brenda Walsh on the 90210 reboot.

Jason Priestly
In his role as Brandon Walsh, Jason Priestly was the nice guy of Beverly Hills 90210. Although the show made him a huge star, Priestly has surprisingly not had any major roles since. However, he has found success in other areas. Priestly is an avid race car fan who has announced several races and is part owner of an IndyCar Series team. Priestly has been married since 2005 and is also a proud father of two.
