Hanna Cavinder is celebrating St. Patrick's day in her swimsuit. The NCAA basketball star and twin sister of Hailey shows off her gorgeous figure in a green bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. In a YouTube video detailing their health habits the twins revealed that they start their day off with "no screen time," "God's word," and devotionals. "I showed you guys like daily affirmations. I got a whole bunch of stuff like that for Christmas from Hailey and other people. So that's number one is what we try to do in the morning. It's less screen time."

The girls also "drink water by itself" in the morning. She revealed that they "chug water right when we wake up," and focus on hydrating throughout the day. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Hanna also packs a lot of protein into her diet. She adds protein powder into pancakes and oatmeal, which not only tastes great but fuels her up. She tries to focus her diet around "good protein, veggies, carbs, to focus on things that make our body feel good on the court, off the court and just overall throughout our whole life."

Hanna also keeps track of her steps. "Another healthy habit that we try to do, even after a game, after anything, is to get a workout in get your body moving. Like I just love to move my body even like on an active rest day," she said. "I always try to get my 10,000 steps. It's not only good like physically but mentally. Like it's something that's really important. And I think like even just going outside, like moving, seeing the sunlight, like seeing the sunlight, like it just like helps and brings serotonin into your life."

To prep herself for the court she tries to lift weights four times a week. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity – like strength or weight training – according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
