After joining the show in season six, Aprea found herself thrown into the middle of a crazy whirlwind of ladies who had previous history and plenty of previous problems. However, she quickly proved that she has no problem holding her own. So, although she’s been on the show for only one season, Teresa Aprea has become a fan favorite, and it looks like the viewers are anxious to see more of her. She may be getting fired from the show

Since season six of The Real Housewives of New Jersey wrapped there have been rumors all over the Internet Teresa and her twin sister, Nicole, are being fired from the show. According to a source, “A lot is going on right now with the show, as I’m sure you’re aware. To date, [Teresa Aprea & Nicole Napolitano] have not been fired. Many things are going on with the show and no final decisions have been made.” Although nothing has been confirmed, the future of the show itself seems to be up in the air.

She’s having marital problems

Teresa and her husband, Rino, are no stranger to having issues in their marriage, and apparently, being on the show has made things worse. Somebody probably should have warned them that reality TV isn’t the best thing for any relationship – never mind one that is already on the rocks. Although things seem to be getting better, you never know how things are going to go.

She and her sister may be getting their own spin-off

Amid the rumors that Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano may be getting fired from RHONJ, there are also rumors that they may be getting their own spin-off. Teresa Aprea and her husband, Rino, tied the knot [for the first time] in 1991, and unfortunately their marriage didn’t last. After their divorce, the couple stayed apart for 11 years, before remarrying on New Years Eve in 2010. Hopefully the second time is a charm, but judging from some of the marital issues they’ve had, only time will tell if they have what it takes to go the distance.

She was involved in a law suit

Being sued is becoming a pretty common theme among the real housewives. Earlier this year, Teresa Aprea and Rino were sued by former employees from their restaurant who claimed that the couple has not been paying them for full shifts, and had been forcing them to pay to clean their own uniforms. Of course, Teresa claimed that the allegations came from “disgruntled” employees, but what else did you expect her to say?

In the realty TV world, trust is a hard thing to come by. There have been many situations in which people have been betrayed by their own family members, and it seems like no relationship of any kind can survive reality without a few serious issues. According to sources, Aprea left the house and went to live in her parents’ basement. Yeah, you know things are bad when your wife leaves you to go live in a basement.

Teresa Aprea isn’t trying to let her star stop shinning. She and her sister are part of an Internet radio show called Girls in Heels where they talk about the show and their lives. The radio show is available through iTunes, and it’s gotten pretty positive feedback from listeners.

With a little more an 35,000 Twitter followers, Teresa Aprea has built up a pretty strong social media fan base. But unlike some ‘celebrities’ Teresa actually takes the time to interact with her fans via Twitter, and it seems like her followers really love to see her tweets.
